Overload

Seth: Why do people cry?
Maggie: What do you mean?
Seth: I mean...what happens physically?
Maggie: Well...umm...tear ducts operate on a normal basis to lubricate and protect the eye and when you have an emotion they overreact and create tears.
Seth: Why? Why do they overreact?
Maggie: [pause] I don't know.
Seth: Maybe...maybe emotion becomes so intense your body just can't contain it. Your mind and your feelings become too powerful.

"City of Angels"

Ever wondered about that? About crying...and emotions...? What i I think, is...whatever the case, whatever the outcome, having feelings and emotions, good or bad, is always better than having none at all. What i've also learned is that there's no point in fighting emotions and that even tears are good sometimes.

Sweetie, now you've given me a difficult task to translate it...if i do it word by word it'd be funny and you still wouldn't understand anything. Let's try...
Mark: Do you cat? (Are you feeling a bit down (or do u have a shitty mood)?
Hernes: A little.
Mark: a little is allowed
H: it's good to cry sometimes, everything is a lot fresher later.
